Returns Policy
We guarantee 100% satisfaction. However, if you are
unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the
item for an exchange or refund within 30 days. Items must be in new,
re-sellable condition.
Instructions for returning items are included with our packing
slips in every shipment. Please complete the entire form on the reverse
side of the packing slip, and ship your returned merchandise back to the
address provided on the packing slip.

Please reference your order
number and include your request for return or exchange in the return
shipment.
*PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT CERTAIN ITEMS ARE NON-RETURNABLE. This
includes any personalized items. If you have any questions about whether or not a
particular item can be returned, please contact customer service prior
to placing your order.
For a refund of the purchase price, items must be returned
within 30 days from the date of shipment. Item(s) must be returned in
new condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts, and
accessories to ensure full credit. Please note that shipping charges
will not be refunded for returned merchandise.
Notwithstanding, all returns

Clothing
for a merchandise refund will be at the sole discretion of Tankfarm Clothing upon inspection. Evidence
of wear, markings, and unsanitary appearance will disqualify a refund.
If we deem the product un-sellable we will contact you with an option to
have the item shipped back to you free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: Personalized
items (including customized iPods and personalized headphones) are not
returnable. Software, and Electronic Media Products (CD's, DVD's,
CD/DVD-ROMs, Computer Games, Software, and VHS Tapes) cannot be returned
after they have been opened.
We ask that you do not return merchandise, which is damaged,
defective, or different than what you ordered. If you received the wrong
item, or if the item you received is damaged or defective please call customer service
at 888-767-9080.
If you are returning an item
for a refund, please be aware that you will be refunded for the price of
the item only. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges
will not be refunded. If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will not be
billed additional shipping charges for the shipment of the exchange
item.
If your shipment is deemed undeliverable for any reason, it may
be returned to our warehouse. You will be automatically refunded for
the price of the merchandise as soon as your order is scanned back into
inventory. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
